Mason Family Pet Hospital is thrilled to welcome a compassionate, motivated Associate Veterinarian to our expanding team!

We are a busy, well-respected 5-doctor hospital growing to add a 6th full-time veterinarian, allowing us to continue delivering exceptional care to our thriving patient community.

Our hospital is a modern, recently expanded, and fully equipped facility, surrounded by excellent local specialists for advanced case support. With a talented team of 25 dedicated staff members — including 4 licensed RVTs — we work together to deliver compassionate, honest, gold standard veterinary care.

Teamwork isn’t just a value here — it’s how we operate every day.
Each doctor is supported by two assistants/RVTs during appointments and a two-tech surgery team (one RVT + one assistant) to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional patient care.

With 15 exam rooms, this lighthearted team is one that get along well, collaborate and support each other both on a personal and professional level. Always looking for ways to give back to the community and each other. Culture is second to none, at Mason Family!

Who We’re Looking For

A veterinarian who is:
• Genuinely invested in pets and their people
• An excellent communicator
• Excited about collaboration and a supportive team culture
• Interested in exotics, pocket pets, rabbits, or reptiles (a plus, not a must!)
• Open to orthopedics? Even better — but also not required!

What We Offer

• Minimum $120,000 base salary (DOE) + production incentives. Exp. Doctors could see close to $200k annually.

• A full-time schedule: 4 days per week with every 2nd-3rd Saturday rotation.
