East Brook Animal Hospital is growing, and we’re looking for a dedicated Veterinary Assistant to join our hardworking and compassionate team in Mansfield Center, CT.

About the Role


As a Veterinary Assistant, you’ll be an essential part of our patient care team. You’ll support our doctors and technicians in daily tasks and ensure every pet receives compassionate, efficient care.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a veterinary setting
  • Strong understanding of animal behavior and safe restraint techniques
  • A calm, confident demeanor when handling pets
  • Team-first attitude and a strong work ethic
  • Clear communication skills and attention to detail
