Why You'll Love It Here

At Overland Veterinary Clinic, our team believes great medicine starts with great people. We work hard, laugh often, and support one another through every busy day. Our doctors are true partners to the technician team—they're collaborative, approachable, and never hesitate to jump in and help.

Our team is made up of both experienced professionals and newer graduates, creating an environment where everyone has something to learn and something to teach. Compassion, teamwork, and servant leadership are at the heart of our culture, and we believe that caring for one another is just as important as caring for our patients.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with appointments, treatments, and advanced nursing care
  • Support surgery through patient preparation, anesthesia monitoring, and recovery
  • Assist with dental procedures, including cleanings and extractions
  • Perform laboratory diagnostics and administer medications as directed by veterinarians
  • Monitor hospitalized patients and maintain accurate medical records
  • Collaborate closely with doctors and teammates to provide exceptional patient care

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 2 years of veterinary experience preferred
  • Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) preferred, but experienced Veterinary Technicians are encouraged to apply
  • Experience with anesthesia monitoring and surgical assisting
  • Dental experience, including cleanings; extraction experience is a plus
  • Strong technical and nursing skills
  • Positive, team-first attitude with a collaborative mindset
  • Compassionate, dependable, and eager to learn
  • Passion for delivering exceptional patient care and client service

What We Offer

  • $27–$32+ per hour, depending on experience and credentialing
  • Five 8-hour shifts per week
  • Rotating Saturday schedule
  • Health insurance benefits
  • Free mental health benefit options
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Competitive PTO plan
  • Employee pet care discounts

If you're looking for a hospital where your teammates feel like family, your doctors value your expertise, and your contributions truly make a difference, we'd love to hear from you.
