Sanlando Springs Animal Hospital is seeking a Managing Veterinarian to lead our well-established, four-doctor small animal practice in Longwood, Florida. With nearly 50 years of trusted service in the community, we’ve built a strong reputation for compassionate care, medical excellence, and a collaborative team culture—and we’re looking for a leader to help guide our next chapter.

  • Ultrasound

The Role

As Managing Veterinarian, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Lead and mentor a team of experienced veterinarians and support staff
  • Shape medical standards and drive quality patient care
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and communicative culture
  • Partner with hospital leadership on operations, growth, and team development
  • Maintain a balance of clinical practice and leadership responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

  • DVM or equivalent from an accredited program
  • Active (or eligible) Florida veterinary license
  • Strong clinical skills in small animal medicine and surgery
  • Passion for leadership, mentorship, and team building
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
