Mentorship & Clinical Freedom

New graduates can expect hands-on mentorship, case discussion, and support as they grow their confidence.  Experienced veterinarians will enjoy autonomy, clinical freedom, and the opportunity to practice medicine their way.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary of $120,000-$150,000, depending on experience
  • Quarterly production bonus opportunity
  • Up to $30,000 sign-on bonus
  • First-year housing stipend
