Eagle Animal Hospital is seeking an outgoing, friendly, and compassionate Receptionist/Client Care team member to join our Tiffany Springs location.

Client Care team members play an integral role in our hospital. From greeting clients and answering phones to managing emails and checking patients in and out, this position is essential to creating a positive experience for both clients and their pets. This role offers the opportunity to fully utilize your skillset while building meaningful relationships with the families and animals we serve. We are looking for a warm, welcoming individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the friendly face of Eagle.

Schedule
Full-time position. 4 full days during the week.  Must be available for some Saturdays. 
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Closed Sundays and major holidays.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • At least 1 year of receptionist or front desk experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
  • Positive attitude and strong team player
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills with compassion for clients and patients
  • Adaptable and able to manage a dynamic, fast-paced workday
  • Ability to multitask efficiently and remain calm under pressure
