Animal Care Clinic of Homer is looking for an experienced Veterinary Assistant or Technician to join our close-knit, supportive team. If you enjoy hands-on patient care, a positive culture, and the opportunity to fully utilize your skills—this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with exams, patient care, and client communication
• Perform venipuncture, catheter placement, and lab work
• Support surgery (prep, induction, and anesthesia monitoring)
• Take radiographs (including dental)
• Administer medications and vaccines
• Provide nursing care to hospitalized patients
  

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of veterinary experience or CVT (LVT/RVT)
• Strong technical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, team-oriented mindset
• Passion for patient care and continued growth

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday–Friday: 8am–6pm
• Rotating Saturdays: 8am–1pm
