The Opportunity

As an Associate Veterinarian, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful client relationships, practice a variety of medicine and surgery, and collaborate with a supportive team that values clinical excellence and continuous learning.


What You'll Do

  • Provide high-quality medical, surgical, and preventive care
  • Develop treatment plans tailored to each patient and client
  • Build strong relationships with pet owners through excellent communication
  • Collaborate with fellow veterinarians and support staff on patient care
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture
  • Pursue areas of clinical interest and professional development

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $120,000-$140,000, depending on experience
  • Up to $30,000 sign-on bonus
  • Quarterly production bonus opportunities
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance

Who We're Looking For

  • DVM or VMD from an accredited veterinary school
  • Arizona veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
