What You'll Do
As a Veterinary Assistant, you'll play an essential role in providing compassionate patient care and creating an exceptional client experience. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with patient assessments and physical examinations
- Performing phlebotomy and catheter placement
- Supporting radiology procedures using proper safety protocols
- Monitoring anesthesia during surgical procedures
- Assisting with perioperative nursing care
- Performing routine dental prophylaxis
- Running and assisting with basic laboratory procedures
- Educating clients and supporting them throughout their pets' care
- Collaborating with doctors and teammates to ensure smooth daily hospital operations

We're seeking an experienced Veterinary Assistant who is:

Experience performing the clinical skills listed above is preferred.
Schedule
Full-Time
- 32–38 hours per week
- Four shifts per week
- Rotating Saturdays
Part-Time
- Opportunities may also be available
Hospital Hours
- Tuesday–Friday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
Compensation
$20–$25 per hour, depending on experience.
