Position Summary: We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Veterinary Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will love helping our patients live their best lives, excel in problem-solving, and be able to multitask while not losing sight of the details.

What You’ll Do:
·Safely and confidently restraining dogs and cats using low-stress, fear-aware techniques
·Supporting veterinarians and technicians during exams, diagnostics, treatments, and procedures
·Understanding animal behavior and recognizing stress signals
·Maintaining clean and organized exam rooms, treatment areas, and equipment
·Handling basic laboratory tasks and patient care duties
·Providing compassionate client communication and support
What We’re Looking For:
·Previous experience as a veterinary assistant preferred.
·Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
·Ability to multitask in a busy, team-oriented environment.
·Comfortable working around animals; enjoys puppy-kisses and kitty cuddles.
·Passion for providing outstanding client service and compassionate care.
·Lifting, carrying, pushing and or pulling of supplies, equipment or animals up to 50 pounds
