Veterinary Technician Responsibilities

  • Assist veterinarians (DVMs) with exams, diagnostics, and treatment plans
  • Monitor anesthesia and support patients during surgery and recovery
  • Perform technician appointments (vaccines, lab work, client education)
  • Provide compassionate preventative care and urgent care support
  • Work with a variety of patients, including small animals and exotics
  • Educate pet owners and support strong client relationships
  • Uphold hospital protocols and maintain high standards of care

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT / RVT / CVT) in Georgia (or eligible)
  • Veterinary assistants working toward licensure are encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced veterinary environment
  • Passion for animal health, client education, and continuous learning
  • A team player who is reliable, accountable, and motivated to grow
