Join Dr. Kirsten Plomin and a collaborative 5-DVM team at Old Town Animal Care Center as co-Medical Director to shape medical standards, mentor doctors, and keep practicing the medicine you love.

- Partner with our Medical Director as part of the hospital’s medical leadership team, sharing responsibility for medical decisions, standards of care, mentorship, and team development.
- Serve as the primary full-time, in-hospital medical leader, giving doctors and team members consistent, day-to-day guidance and support.
- Develop and foster growth in team members, in partnership with NVA's medical and mentorship resources, like the NVA Mentorship program and PetOne Training Center.
- Continue practicing the medicine you love across preventive care, urgent care, dentistry, surgery, and complex medical workups.
- Bring your perspective to a hospital where leadership is collaborative, your voice carries weight, and the responsibility does not rest on one person alone.

The Resources:
- 5 DVM team supported by lead technicians, a surgical lead, pharmacy support, CSRs, and a skilled technician/assistant team.
- An established leadership partner who is a practicing veterinarian and part owner of the hospital.
- Full-service care for cats and dogs.
- Dentistry, soft tissue surgery, orthopedic surgery, and urgent care availability.
- Diagnostics including ultrasound and echocardiogram options, EKG, radiography, and laboratory services.
- Laser therapy to support pain management, inflammation, healing, and post-surgical recovery.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting salary of $150,000 - $180,000 plus quarterly production bonuses with no negative accrual.
- Eligibility-based leadership bonuses.
- Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus offered.
