Brentwood Veterinary Hospital is looking for a Lead RVT to help guide our talented team, support exceptional patient care, and foster the collaborative culture that has made our hospital a trusted part of the Brentwood community for over 50 years.

What
You'll Do
As our Lead RVT, you'll divide your time between patient care and team leadership by:
- Mentoring and coaching veterinary technicians and assistants
- Leading by example in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Supporting workflow and helping maintain an efficient hospital
- Assisting with anesthesia, surgery, dentistry, and nursing care
- Promoting a positive, collaborative culture where teammates can grow
- Partnering with hospital leadership to support training
and daily operations
We're
Looking For
- Current California Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) license
- Several years of veterinary technician experience
- Leadership, mentoring, or coaching experience
- Strong technical and anesthesia skills
- A positive attitude with a passion for developing others
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Schedule
- Full-time position
- Flexible 8-hour shifts
- Open Monday through Saturday
- Rotation of just 1–2 Saturdays per month
Compensation & Benefits
- $26–$36/hour, depending on experience and credentials
