Our Animal Clinic is looking for a dependable and enthusiastic Part-Time Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. If you are a positive and organized individual with excellent communication skills and a love for animals, we encourage you to apply. 

Responsibilities:

·Answer phones, text messages, emails, schedule appointments, and manage client communications.

·Check in and check out clients, process payments, and handle financial transactions accurately.

·Maintain client and patient records, ensuring they are up-to-date.

·Provide friendly and professional client service, acting as the first point of contact for the clinic.

·Assist with various administrative tasks, including filing and managing clinic supplies. 

Qualifications:

·High school diploma or equivalent.

·Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred.

·Strong computer and phone skills are essential.

·Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

·A compassionate and professional demeanor when interacting with clients and their pets.

·Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. 

Hours:

·Part-time, approximately 20-25 hours per week.

The base hourly wage for this position is $16.00-$18.00. Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
