This is an exciting opportunity for someone with leadership experience in a veterinary or medical setting who is ready to support both the administrative and operational aspects of a thriving veterinary hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Hospital Manager in day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory control

  • Provide leadership and support to veterinary staff and front desk team

  • Ensure a high level of client service and satisfaction

  • Help implement hospital policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality of care

  • Assist in financial reporting, budgeting, and KPI tracking

  • Maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a veterinary or medical office setting (management experience preferred)

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency with veterinary practice management software is a plus

  • Passion for animals and commitment to quality patient care
