Veterinary Technician or Experienced Assistant
We’re excited to grow our team and are looking for a full-time Veterinary Technician or experienced Veterinary Assistant who wants to build a long-term career in a supportive, team-first environment. Located on the west side of Billings, Montana, our hospital is centered on high-quality medicine, meaningful client relationships, and taking great care of the people who make it all happen—our team.

You’ll be joining:
- A 4-doctor practice with approachable, supportive leadership
- A dedicated Hospital Manager and LVT/Tech Manager
- A team that steps in, helps out, and has each other’s backs
- Weekly protected time for training and team communication
- A workplace where respect and kindness are the standard
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist doctors with exams, treatments, and diagnostics
- Support surgery and patient recovery (based on experience)
- Rotate between appointments and treatment/surgery care
- Educate and guide clients through their pet’s care
- Help keep the day running smoothly through teamwork
- Maintain clear, accurate medical records
Schedule
- Open to Full-time & Part-time
- 9–10 hour shifts
- Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Rotating Saturdays (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, typically twice a month)
Compensation
- Flexibility based on experience and credentials

- Strong communicator with a passion for client care
- Willing to jump in and support the team wherever needed
- Experience as a veterinary technician or assistant
- Comfortable in both appointments and treatment/surgery areas
