We are seeking an enthusiastic Associate Veterinarian to join our team at Countryside Pet Clinic.

Countryside Pet Clinic is a well-established, full-service companion animal hospital that has proudly served the community since 1993. We are deeply committed to providing high-quality medicine while maintaining a strong focus on compassion, community involvement, and long-term client relationships.

We are proud to support both pets and the people who love them, including an Angel Assistance Fund to help clients facing financial hardship during medical emergencies. Our team also actively partners with local animal shelters and rescue organizations.

Our hospital is an 8,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility featuring 4 exam rooms, a separate Pet Resort, and a Rehabilitation Center. We also provide care for exotic pets including birds, rabbits, pocket pets, and non-venomous reptiles.

We offer a wide range of services, including:

• Wellness and preventive care
• Diagnostic medicine
• Soft tissue and orthopedic surgery
• Reproduction services
• Rehabilitation and physical therapy (including underwater treadmill, agility gym, laser therapy, and water therapy)
• Acupuncture and electrostimulation therapy
• Telemedicine
• Grooming, daycare, and boarding through our large on-site pet resort

Our hospital is fully equipped with advanced tools to support high-quality medicine, including:

• Laparoscopic and orthopedic surgical equipment
• Digital radiography
• Brand new ultrasound and oxygen cage
• Companion and surgical laser systems
• In-house laboratory and fully stocked pharmacy
• Highly trained support staff enabling doctors to focus on medicine
• PennHIP certification program access
• Advanced orthopedic instrumentation (drills, plating systems, and more)

Mentorship & Growth

We believe strong veterinarians are built through strong support. At Countryside Pet Clinic, you will receive hands-on mentorship and collaborative case support from experienced doctors within the hospital, helping you grow confidence in both general practice and surgical medicine. Whether you are a newer graduate or an experienced clinician looking to expand your skills, mentorship here is tailored to your level and goals.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive and flexible package, including:

• Base salary plus production
• Sign-on, retention, and relocation assistance available
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance
• Generous PTO and a 4-day work week
• Rotating Saturdays
• On-call weekend rotation approximately every third week (primarily covering resort patients)
• Annual CE allowance
• Paid licensing, DEA, and professional membership dues
