- Full medical autonomy with the support of an experienced veterinary and technical team.
- Practice in a fast-paced urban hospital with highly engaged, invested pet owners.
- Regular exposure to urgent care cases and advanced procedures, including orthopedic surgery.
- At least 3-5+ years of experience as a DVM in a small animal GP, urgent care, or similar setting is required.
The Resources:
- Six-DVM team supported by lead technicians, a surgical lead, pharmacy support, CSRs, and a skilled technician/assistant team.
- Full-service care for dogs, cats, and exotic pets.

- Diagnostics including ultrasound/echocardiogram options, EKG, radiography, and laboratory services.
- Laser therapy to support pain management, inflammation, healing, and post-surgical recovery.
The Lifestyle:
- Live and work in one of Chicago's most sought-after neighborhoods, surrounded by historic architecture, acclaimed restaurants, and vibrant city life.
- Minutes from Lincoln Park, the Gold Coast, River North, and Lake Michigan.
- Enjoy a truly walkable lifestyle with dining, entertainment, nightlife, and cultural attractions right outside your door.
- Easy access to public transportation and everything downtown Chicago has to offer.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting salary of $130,000-$150,000 plus quarterly production bonuses with no negative accrual.
- Up to $10,000 sign on bonus offered.
- 401(k) with company match.
- Access to CE courses (dentistry, ultrasound, surgery, and more) at NVA's nearby PetOne Training Center in Addison, IL.
