Are you passionate about pets and providing excellent customer service? We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Client Service Representative to join our dedicated team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming, supportive, and professional environment for pet owners and their furry companions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and caring attitude.
- Schedule appointments, follow-up visits, and manage patient records.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries, offering guidance on services and procedures.
- Handle billing, insurance claims, and payment processing.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient front office.
- Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and other staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Provide clients with education on basic pet care and preventative health.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous veterinary customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A love for animals and a genuine desire to help pet owners.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer systems and software (e.g., Microsoft Office, scheduling systems).

- Base hourly rate of $18.00-$21.00 DOE
- Eligible for periodic bonus (where applicable)
